+ Social media integrated - linking your social media platforms to your website is an important part of getting your online presence right. We complete this integration as part of on-boarding.

+ Latest news/blog - have regular promotions or want to improve your website in Google search results? You can add articles about anything quickly and easily using the built in blog article builder.

+ Mailing list ready - build

The online ordering system is a separate purpose built software that is specifically designed for the hospitality industry. It has a wide range of functionality all designed to make online ordering easy for you and your customers.

For your initial purchase which covers the set up and launch of your products, if we haven't started work on your site, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

If you have already supplied us with your onboarding materials and we have started work on your site and other solutions (online ordering and mobile app), then we can't offer a refund.

For ongoing fees, if you are paying monthly, you aren't locked into any long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time.

Annual plans are paid upfront and require a year-long commitment.

+ Website - the only additional expense not included in our packages would be your domain name purchase.

+ Online Ordering - With offer commission free ordering. The only exception to this is if you choose to receive your online orders via SMS. If you don't use SMS order notification (and there are much better ways of receiving your orders), there's no per-order fee.

+ Mobile App - To get your app live on the Apple App Store, Apple requires business owners to apply for an Apple Developers Account. This costs $149 per year in Australia and $100 per year in the US. You pay this directly to Apple when you apply.

To receive online payments, you need what is called a payment gateway. We will walk you through getting a payment gateway like Stripe Payments and we'll then integrate this  with your online ordering listing. That means you get your money into your bank account super quickly.

Online orders can be received in a number of ways:

+ Via the online ordering portal - You can view orders in real time whenever you log into your online ordering portal. 

+ Order management tablet - you can receive your orders using our Android Play Store Order Management App on any Android tablet. The app allows you to view orders and accept or reject them. You can also have them printed out on a compatible printer.

+ Automatic Printing - if you have a windows POS system connected to the internet, we can put a small 'printer app' onto your machine that will pick up orders and send them to your chosen printer.

+ Via email - for businesses that don't need to be notified immediately (like caterers for example), you might just prefer to receive orders via email.

POS integrations send orders directly into your POS system, so employees don't have to hand-enter them. For most integrations, tickets can automatically print to the kitchen, just like a normal order.
